Terms and Conditions · English translation
This is the English translation of the Spanish original. If the two texts differ, you may rely on whichever is more favorable to you. Buyers in the United States: see Annex D — Terms for buyers in the United States.
Version 2.0 · in force since November 5, 2026 · Satoro Tao SAS
What changed from version 1.9 (October 29, 2026). We add Annex D — Terms for buyers in the United States, which applies when you buy at the United States prices: price in US dollars, payment by card through a Bold link, language of the sessions, right to cancel, referrers paid a commission, and law and forum (§17.4). These Terms and Annex C are also published in English (§18.5). For buyers in Colombia, the only change is that §3 shows the current price, COP 1,350,000, instead of the launch price. If you bought under an earlier version, nothing you bought changes (§18.1). The text of version 1.9 remains published at satoro.ai/camp-terminos-v1-9 (Spanish).
What changed from version 1.8 (October 26, 2026). Payment by card, PSE or Nequi moves from the Wompi gateway to the Bold gateway (§3 and §15.4), and the price in §3 no longer states VAT. Nothing else changes.
What changed from version 1.7 (October 21, 2026). The Satori Camp for individuals now has four live sessions, and the first one is your Installation Clinic (90 minutes). The other three are two hours long, on the dates of the group you choose when you book. The clinic is no longer a separate step: it is the first session of the program, and no one moves on without a working Satori. The Satori Camp for companies does not change: it keeps the six sessions of Annex C. If you bought under an earlier version, nothing you bought changes (§18.1): you keep your six or eight sessions and the other rights of your version. The text of version 1.7 remains published at satoro.ai/camp-terminos-v1-7 (Spanish).
What changed from version 1.6 (September 29, 2026). We added Annex C — Satori Camp Terms for Companies, which applies when a company enrolls its team: price per program, personal or company computers, a guarantee for the whole program, a 60-day replacement clinic, a license for the company, and replacement of people (§17.3). Nothing changes for people who buy as individuals. We also corrected the numbering of §12. If you bought under an earlier version, nothing you bought changes (§18.1). The text of version 1.6 remains published at satoro.ai/camp-terminos-v1-6 (Spanish).
What changed from version 1.5 (September 15, 2026). We clarified that each Satori is tied to a single GitHub account, the one you register when you buy, and what happens if you change computers (§6.2 and §12.5). If you bought under an earlier version, nothing you bought changes (§18.1). The text of version 1.5 remains published at satoro.ai/camp-terminos-v1-5 (Spanish).
What changed from version 1.4 (September 11, 2026). The Camp stops being a cohort with a fixed date and becomes a continuous program: enrollment is always open and you choose the gate you enter through, one Tuesday every two weeks, with 60 seats split into three groups of up to 20 people. Each group receives six live two-hour sessions, 12 hours in total, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays over two weeks, by Google Meet and with recording. The price is a launch price: COP 990,000, VAT included. Before you pay, we tell you what you must have ready: the Claude Desktop app installed, with your own Claude plan, and we give you a video and a manual for that. Installing your Satori is still our job: the clinic stays with you until it works, and the 100% installation guarantee remains in place (§7). The right of withdrawal is now counted from the gate you choose (§9), and refunds are made within fifteen calendar days. For purchases made under this version, support after the last session is not included. If you already bought under an earlier version, nothing you bought changes: you keep your eight sessions, your month of support and all the other rights of your version, or those of this one when they favor you more (§18.1), and you do not have to accept anything again. We also fixed drafting errors and broken references in version 1.4. The text of version 1.4 remains published at satoro.ai/camp-terminos-v1-4 (Spanish). If you accepted a version earlier than that and need its text, ask aurelio@satoro.ai and we will send it to you.
Read this before you pay. This document is the contract between you and Satoro Tao SAS. When you check the acceptance boxes and continue to payment, you are bound by it. You can view, print and download it at any time at satoro.ai/camp-terminos (Spanish original) and satoro.ai/en/camp-terms (English translation).

2.1 You are buying a live educational service: one seat in the Satori Camp. It includes:
satoro.ai/camp and in the booking form. Each gate has 60 seats, in three groups of up to 20 people, one group per time slot. Your time slot is yours for all four of your sessions.2.2 Sessions and modules. A live session is the meeting by Google Meet; a module is a unit of content. The sessions go through the modules of the syllabus published at satoro.ai/camp on the day you buy, and depending on the group's pace one session covers one or several modules. Satoro may reorganize the syllabus (group, split, reorder or renumber modules) so that you learn better, without reducing the number of live sessions in your program. If before your gate Satoro needs to remove an entire topic from the syllabus you saw when you bought, it will tell you in writing and you choose between accepting the change, moving to another gate, or receiving 100% of what you paid if your Satori is not yet installed.
2.3 Not included (and this is not fine print; it is the condition for Satori to work):
satoro.ai/camp and in the booking form on the day you buy. Satoro may change it for future purchases by announcing it at satoro.ai/camp, and no price change affects a purchase already made. This clause is an obligation of Satoro Tao SAS, not a simple commercial notice.
4.1 One-time payment. The price in §3 is a single payment for the service in §2. By paying it you do not acquire, activate or sign up for any subscription, membership, periodic plan, automatic renewal, recurring charge or future purchase obligation with Satoro Tao SAS.
4.2 Satoro does not keep your payment method for later charges. There is not and will not be any automatic debit to your card or account by Satoro arising from this purchase.
4.3 Once the Camp ends, you do not have to pay Satoro anything else to keep and continue using the Satori installed on your computer, under the terms of the license in §12. The system lives on your machine and does not shut off if you stop buying something from Satoro.
4.4 Future services: you are not buying them. Satoro may offer additional, optional, paid services (for example, later support, extended support, advanced programs or an updates plan). If they are offered:
4.5 What Satoro does NOT promise here. To avoid creating an expectation it does not control, Satoro states expressly that this clause is not a promise of: (a) free, perpetual future updates of the software; (b) free support or accompaniment beyond what is included in §2; (c) continuity, price or free availability of third-party services, in particular Anthropic PBC and Google, which are outside its control (§5). What is guaranteed is what is in §2 and §12: the service you contracted and the right to keep using what was delivered to you.
4.6 This commitment also appears visibly on the sales page and in the step before payment, not only inside this contract.
5.1 Satori works on top of Claude Code, which is used inside the Claude Desktop app. Both are products of Anthropic PBC, an independent company with no corporate, agency, distribution or resale relationship with Satoro Tao SAS.
5.2 To use Satori you need your own paid Claude subscription (Pro plan or higher), contracted directly by you with Anthropic, with your own payment method. The free Claude plan does not give access to Claude Code, so it does not work to operate a Satori. The reference cost stated on the sales page is approximately USD 20 per month (Claude Pro plan). That amount, its currency, its availability and its conditions are set by Anthropic, not Satoro, and may change at any time without Satoro controlling, anticipating or being responsible for it.
5.3 Satoro does not resell, invoice, intermediate or receive a commission for your Anthropic subscription, and will never ask for or handle the credentials of that account.
5.4 Operational alert (Colombia). Many Colombian debit cards do not have international payments enabled by default. Check with your bank before you pay for the Camp: without an active paid Claude account you cannot meet the requirement in §6.1. This does not apply if you buy at the United States prices (Annex D).
5.5 A change by Anthropic in price, terms, availability or model behavior does not give a right to a refund of the amount you paid Satoro for the Camp, without prejudice to your right of withdrawal (§9) while it is in force and to what is provided in §6.3.
6.1 Minimum requirement at your expense: Claude Desktop installed. Installing the Claude Desktop app is not part of the scope of Satoro's service: it is a minimum requirement that you meet, on your computer, with your Claude account and paid plan active, so that you can open its Code tab. To help you meet it, when your purchase is confirmed we give you a step-by-step video and manual. Without a working Claude Desktop, Satori cannot be installed and you cannot join the sessions. If you get stuck, the installation clinic also helps you with this step.
6.2 Your equipment and your connection.
Not eligible: computers running Linux; managed corporate computers whose IT policies prevent installing programs; and very old hardware (Windows 7 or 8, 32-bit systems, less than 4 GB of RAM).
6.3 If you cannot meet the requirements for reasons beyond your control, we refund 100%. If the clinic establishes that your equipment or your network does not meet what is in this §6, or that, even with the clinic's help, you cannot install Claude Desktop or activate your Claude plan for a reason that does not depend on you (for example, rejection of your payment method by Anthropic or by your bank), Satoro refunds everything you paid, without deductions, within the period in §7.5. This works independently of the withdrawal period in §9 and of the guarantee in §7. This §6.3 does not apply to purchases of the Satori Camp for companies, which are governed by Annex C.
6.4 If your computer belongs to your company, check it with your IT department before you buy: Annex A — Technical Sheet for IT Departments, published at satoro.ai/camp-anexo-ti (Spanish), is made for exactly that and you can forward it as is.
Satoro reproduces here, without cutting it, the guarantee published at satoro.ai/camp:
“If at the end of the clinic your Satori is not installed and working on your computer, we refund 100%. No questions asked.”
7.1 What it covers. It covers that your Satori is installed and working on your computer. “Installed and working” means that your Satori opens in Claude Desktop, on your computer, and passes the installation check that is done with you at the end of the clinic, or on your own if you installed with the video. The installation is confirmed when you confirm it in writing or when the check is recorded with your participation. Satoro cannot treat it as confirmed without you.
7.2 What it does not cover, and why that does not leave you unprotected. The guarantee does not cover the requirement in §6.1, because having Claude Desktop and your Claude plan depends on your account with Anthropic, your payment method and your equipment, not on Satoro. The clinic helps you with that step too, and if you still cannot do it for reasons beyond your control, §6.3 refunds you 100%. The only case in which there is no refund for lack of installation is that the installation is not completed by your own decision: you decide not to contract the Claude plan, or you do not attend the scheduled clinic and do not reschedule it. Even then your seat is not lost (§10.6).
7.3 When the clinic ends. The clinic ends at the first of these moments: (a) when your Satori is installed and working (§7.1); (b) when you ask us in writing to close it without installation, in which case the guarantee applies; or (c) if at the end of your Clinic (the first session) your Satori still does not work, when you choose between continuing with an additional clinic appointment and moving at no cost to the next group with available seats, or closing it and receiving 100%. Satoro cannot end the clinic without installation in order to deny you the refund.
7.4 To claim the guarantee, it is enough to write to aurelio@satoro.ai. Satoro will not ask you to justify the reason or impose conditions other than those described in this §7.
7.5 The refund is for the full amount paid, without deductions or withholdings of any kind (including payment gateway fees, which Satoro bears), by the same payment method when possible, within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days from your request, provided you have given us the information needed to make the refund. If you bought at the United States prices, the refund is made as D.7.3 of Annex D says.
7.6 This guarantee is commercial and additional to your legal rights. It does not replace or limit them. In particular, it does not affect the right of withdrawal in §9 or the legal warranty under article 7 of Ley 1480 de 2011 (Colombian Consumer Protection Statute).
7.7 In the Satori Camp for companies, this §7 is replaced by the program guarantee in Annex C (§C.6).
8.1 Satoro guarantees: that your sessions are delivered by Google Meet on the dates of your gate, in your time slot and with the content of the syllabus (§2.2); that the video, the manual and the installation clinic are available; that your Satori is installed (§7); that the software is delivered with the composition in Annex B; and that the recordings are available (§14.6).
8.2 Satoro does NOT guarantee (and no honest provider could) a specific result in productivity, income, time saved, or personal or organizational transformation. That result depends substantially on your dedication, your context and how you use the system. The Camp does not promise a guaranteed result in any sales material.
8.3 Satori is not professional advice. What the system organizes, summarizes, calculates, recommends or executes in regulated matters (accounting, tax, financial, legal, investment, pension or health) is working input for you, subject to your verification, and does not replace the judgment of a qualified professional. Satoro is not responsible for decisions you make based on that information.
8.4 The first session is the Clinic. No one moves on to the second session without a Satori installed and working. If at the end of the Clinic you still do not have it, §7.3 applies: you continue with an additional clinic appointment and move at no cost to the next group with available seats, or, if you prefer, you close the clinic and receive 100%. You do not lose your seat. If you miss a session, the recording remains.
8.5 If a session has to be moved. If, because of an event beyond Satoro's control (force majeure, platform outage, a holiday not foreseen in your calendar), a session cannot be held on its date, Satoro tells you as soon as possible and holds it in your same time slot within the next five (5) business days. If you cannot attend the new date, the recording remains available to you. If Satoro does not hold the session, §10.4 applies.
8.6 If your group has few enrollees. Satoro holds your group even if it has few participants. If at a gate your time slot has fewer than five (5) people, Satoro may propose another time slot of the same gate or the next gate; it never moves you without your acceptance, and if no option works for you it refunds 100% of what you paid, if your Satori is not yet installed.
9.1 You have a right of withdrawal. Because this is a distance sale by electronic means, Colombian law gives you the right to withdraw from the purchase, without having to give any explanation, within five (5) business days after the contract is formed (that is, the moment you accept these Terms and pay).
9.2 How you exercise it. An email to aurelio@satoro.ai with the subject “Retracto Satori Camp” (Satori Camp withdrawal) is enough, stating your name and the email you bought with. You do not need a reason. Satoro will confirm receipt in writing, with date and time.
9.3 What we refund. The full amount paid, without deductions or withholdings of any kind, within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days from when you exercise the right and give us the information needed for the refund.
9.4 When the service starts, and what happens to the withdrawal. The law excludes withdrawal in service contracts whose performance has already begun with the consumer's agreement. In this Camp, performance begins with the first of these events: (i) Satoro gives you access to the Satori kit to install it; or (ii) your Installation Clinic, which is the first session of your gate. The following do not count as a start: delivery of installation videos and manuals, and welcome messages. Because you choose the gate, two cases can occur:
a) If between your purchase and the planned start of your gate there are five (5) or more business days, your withdrawal period runs in full before the service starts. Satoro does not give you access to the kit or schedule a clinic for you before it expires, unless you ask for it as set out in paragraph b).
b) If you want to start before your period expires (usually because the gate you chose is close), the form offers you a separate, optional box of its own, in which you expressly ask for the service to begin before your withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that, once performance has begun with your agreement, withdrawal no longer applies. If you do not check it, we give you access to the kit when your period expires; and if that leaves you without enough time to install before your gate, we move you at no cost to the next one with available seats.
c) What you never lose by checking it: the guarantee in §7 and the refund in §6.3 remain intact. As long as your Satori is not installed and working, you remain protected by the 100% refund.
9.5 You cannot waive withdrawal by contract, and these Terms do not ask you to. Any clause that tried to do so would be ineffective.
9.6 Purchases of the Satori Camp for companies have the withdrawal right in Annex C (§C.10).
9.7 If you buy at the United States prices, your right to cancel is governed by D.6 of Annex D. It works like this withdrawal right: five (5) business days, which end as soon as you receive access to the kit at your request.
10.1 You cannot meet the requirements for reasons beyond your control → 100%, see §6.3.
10.2 Your Satori was not installed → 100%, see §7.
10.3 Withdrawal within 5 business days → 100%, see §9.
10.4 If Satoro cancels your group before your Satori is installed → 100% refund, or transfer to another gate if you accept. Once your Satori is installed, Satoro always delivers the Camp: if a session cannot be held on its date, Satoro reschedules it and tells you the new date. That is why, once installed, there is no refund (§10.5).
10.5 🔴 Once your Satori is installed and working, there is no refund. This is the rule, and it helps to understand why it is fair before accepting it:
a) What you buy is a system, not a chair in a classroom. When your Satori is installed and working, you receive the central good of this contract: your Satori, yours forever (§12). That is the moment when performance materializes.
b) If you decide not to attend the sessions, the value is not lost: it is recorded. All live sessions are recorded and available to you (§14.6). A more experienced participant can install their Satori, continue on their own and watch the recordings when it suits them: that is a legitimate way to take the Camp, not a breach by Satoro. Therefore non-attendance, for whatever reason, generates no refund, whether full or partial.
c) What remains protected, and is not touched: the 100% refund if you cannot meet the requirements for reasons beyond your control (§6.3); if your Satori is not installed and working (§7); if you exercise withdrawal on time and before performance begins with your agreement (§9); and the 100% refund if Satoro cancels your group before your Satori is installed (§10.4). This §10.5 operates only after your Satori has been installed and working, that is, after you have received what you paid for.
d) Force majeure. If a duly proven event of force majeure prevents you from continuing, Satoro offers you a transfer at no cost to another gate. This is a commercial concession, not a legal obligation.
10.6 Your seat is not lost. If you do not start at the gate you chose by your own decision or circumstance, you keep your seat and can use it at any later gate with available seats, without paying a difference even if the price has changed. Your seat does not expire while Satoro offers the Camp; if Satoro stops offering it before you use it, it refunds you 100%. In the Satori Camp for companies, the calendar and the replacement window of Annex C apply.
10.7 Every request is submitted in writing to aurelio@satoro.ai. Satoro acknowledges receipt with date and time and makes refunds within the fifteen (15) calendar days of §7.5 and §9.3.
11.1 Meet, on your own and at your cost, the requirements of §6: Claude Desktop installed, your paid Claude subscription, and the equipment and connection.
11.2 Attend the sessions and complete in good faith the “Hola Satori” personalization process.
11.3 Keep your own backups of the information on your computer. Satori is an agent that writes and modifies files; the backup is yours (see §13).
11.4 Use Satori in accordance with the law. You may not use it to commit crimes, impersonate other people, send unsolicited mass communications, harass, process third parties' personal data without authorization, or infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
11.5 Do not share with third parties your access to the repository, your credentials for access to the material, your group's Google Meet links or the recordings of the sessions.
12.1 You receive Satori: the system described in detail in Annex B, published at satoro.ai/camp-que-recibes (Spanish), which is an integral part of these Terms and which you must read before accepting.
12.2 License. Satoro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the version of Satori delivered to you, for your own benefit and without a time limit. You pay nothing more to keep it. In the Satori Camp for companies, the license belongs to the company, under the terms of Annex C (§C.12).
12.3 Revocation. Satoro may revoke this license only for serious and proven breach of §11.4, of §11.5 or of the law, never at its discretion or because you stop buying future services.
12.4 What you may not do: copy and redistribute the kit, resell it, sublicense it, publish it, or use it to build or teach a product, course or service that competes with Satori or with the Satori Camp. The code, skills, templates, course material and methodology are intellectual property of Satoro Tao SAS and its author.
12.5 One GitHub account only. Your Satori and its updates are delivered to a single GitHub account: the one you register when you buy. That account is personal and is not shared with anyone; GitHub's terms do not allow it either. If you change computers, Satoro sends you a new invitation to install your Satori on the new machine, with that same account, and updates keep arriving to it. Satoro does not control the computers where you installed your Satori and is not responsible for what happens on them afterward: before handing a computer to another person, delete your Satori and sign out of your GitHub and Claude sessions, because your information lives on that machine. Leaving your Satori in another person's use violates the personal, non-transferable license of §12.2.
12.6 Updates. The system includes a routine that checks for improvements published by Satoro and applies only the additive and reversible ones, escalating to your approval any change of structure or behavior. Satoro does not promise a cadence, a duration or a perpetual free supply of those improvements (see §4.5). What is already installed on your machine keeps working even if there are no more updates.
12.7 The content you produce is yours. Everything you write, capture or generate with your Satori (your journal, your CRM, your documents, your summaries) is your property and lives on your computer. Satoro claims no right over it.
13.1 Satori performs real actions on your computer: it creates, edits and deletes files within the folders you indicate; it runs commands; it can send emails and read your mailbox if you connect it; it can browse the web; and it runs scheduled routines (for example, an end-of-day close) without asking your permission step by step.
13.2 That autonomy is governed by a four-level Risk-Gate: what is additive and reversible it does on its own; what is reversible but costly it does while verifying and reporting; what goes out to a third party (sending an email, publishing) it asks you about; and what is irreversible, what moves money or what deletes permanently requires your explicit approval. There are also absolute prohibitions that it never performs (bank credentials, real transfers, changes to security permissions).
13.3 Even so, it can make mistakes. An autonomous agent can delete or overwrite a file by mistake, misunderstand an instruction, or send something you did not want. You accept that risk, and that is why §11.3 asks you to keep backups.
13.4 The software is delivered “as is.” Satoro does not guarantee that it works without errors or interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without affecting the non-waivable legal warranties that the Estatuto del Consumidor (Colombian Consumer Statute) gives you or cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Satoro's total liability to you for any reason arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Camp.
13.5 You are responsible for how you use the agent: for the accounts and integrations you connect, for the instructions you give it, and for damages to third parties arising from that use.
14.1 Group sessions and clinic appointments are recorded on Google Meet, both for your own later access and for the program's archive. Recordings are stored in Google Drive, in Satoro's account.
14.2 By participating you authorize Satoro to record your voice and image exclusively for: (a) making the recording available to the participants of your group; and (b) internal program-improvement uses, which include transcribing, summarizing and editing the recordings with artificial intelligence tools from the providers Satoro uses (today, Google and Anthropic).
14.3 Any promotional, commercial or public use of your image, voice, name or testimonial requires your prior, express, written authorization, granted separately. It is not included in these Terms. Nor will a clip showing your image, voice or screen be used in material for other groups without asking you for that authorization or editing it so that you cannot be identified.
14.4 You may take part with your camera off in any session, without affecting your right to receive the service.
14.5 Confidentiality among participants. During the sessions you will see other participants' screens and information. You agree not to record, capture, disclose or use that information. The same obligation protects yours.
14.6 🔴 Your access to the recordings (this is an obligation of Satoro, not a courtesy). Satoro makes the recording of each session available to the participants of your group within 48 business hours after the session, through a private Google Drive link, and keeps that access available for twelve (12) months from the last session of your group. If you cannot attend a live session, for whatever reason, including the decision to continue on your own, the recording is your way to access the content, and that is why Satoro commits to keeping it. This obligation is the counterpart of the no-refund rule in §10.5: if Satoro failed to provide access to the recordings, §10.5 could not be enforced against you as to the sessions you were unable to watch.
14.7 The recordings are for your personal use. You may not redistribute, publish or sell them (§11 and §12).
15.1 Satoro Tao SAS, as data controller, collects and processes: your name, ID number (for invoicing), email, phone, city and country, operating system, the gate and time slot you chose, the record of your acceptance of these Terms (date, time, version accepted), the recordings of the sessions (§14) and the history of your support communications.
15.2 Purposes: to enroll you and provide the service; to invoice; to give you support; to prove your acceptance of these Terms; and to send you information about your gate and your group. For commercial communications about other products, separate authorization will be requested.
15.3 What Satoro does NOT process: the content of your Satori. Your journal, your CRM, your projects, your emails and your files live on your computer; Satoro does not host them, does not receive them, does not look at them and has no technical way to access them. See Annex A.
15.4 Providers involved. To provide the service, Satoro uses providers that process data on their own account: Google (Google Meet, Google Drive and Satoro's email), the Bold gateway, which also processes card payments from buyers in the United States, and the entities behind the payment methods. Bold sends the account holder the confirmation of each payment, without your full card number. If you buy at the United States prices, Satoro also processes the data listed in D.10 of Annex D. What you ask your own Satori to process travels through Anthropic's servers, exactly as if you typed it in claude.ai: it is your direct relationship with Anthropic and no channel to Satoro is opened. In the clinic you are taught how to turn off the use of your conversations for training (see Annex A).
15.5 You have the right to know, update, rectify and delete your data and to revoke authorization, by writing to aurelio@satoro.ai, in accordance with Ley 1581 de 2012 (Colombian Personal Data Protection Law) and its Decreto 1377 de 2013 (implementing decree). The full policy is at satoro.ai/en/privacy.
16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
16.2 Petitions, complaints and claims (PQR): to the email aurelio@satoro.ai. Satoro records the date and time of filing and responds within fifteen (15) business days.
16.3 You may go to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) (Colombian consumer protection authority) or to the competent judge, through the consumer protection action. Direct link to the authority: https://www.sic.gov.co.
16.4 These Terms do not include an arbitration clause. You can take any dispute to the SIC or to the courts of the Republic of Colombia, without having to pay for an arbitration tribunal.
16.5 If you buy at the United States prices, the governing law, the claims and the forum are governed by D.12 of Annex D. There is no arbitration there either.
17.1 Satoro sells from Colombia and this contract is governed by Colombian law, subject to §17.2 and §17.4.
17.2 If your habitual residence is in the European Union, you irrevocably keep the consumer protections of your country, including a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) calendar days and the possibility of suing in the courts of your own domicile. These Terms do not seek to limit them.
17.3 If you buy as a company for your team, Annex C — Satori Camp Terms for Companies (satoro.ai/en/business-terms) also applies, and prevails over these Terms in what it regulates. Satoro and your company may agree additional conditions in writing, which prevail in what they expressly regulate.
17.4 If you buy at the United States prices, Annex D — Terms for Buyers in the United States (satoro.ai/en/us-terms) also applies and prevails over these Terms in what it regulates. Among other things, Annex D lets you bring a claim in the courts of the state and county where you live, and does not take away the protections of your state's law that cannot be waived by contract.
18.1 🔴 The version you accepted is yours. These Terms are identified by version and date. The version you accepted governs your relationship with Satoro, even if another is published later. If you accepted an earlier version, you keep the rights of that version or those of this one, whichever are more favorable to you, without having to accept anything again. In particular, if you bought under a version that included eight sessions and the month of support after your graduation, you keep them in full: this version does not touch them.
18.2 Satoro may not unilaterally change the price, dates, duration or scope of what you already bought. The only exceptions are the reorganization of the syllabus (§2.2) and the rescheduling of a session (§8.5), within the limits those clauses set, which never reduce your sessions or your live hours.
18.3 Acceptance. You accept these Terms by actively checking the boxes of the pre-payment form at satoro.ai/reserva, or in the reservation form for the United States if you buy at those prices. That acceptance is recorded with date, time, document version, the text of the boxes you checked, the language of the page and buyer identification, and constitutes evidence under the Colombian law on data messages.
