ANNEX D — TERMS FOR BUYERS IN THE UNITED STATES

Part of the Satori Camp Terms and Conditions, version 2.0 · Annex D version 1.0 · effective November 5, 2026 · Satoro Tao SAS, NIT 901.900.533-4

Read this before you pay. When you buy at our United States prices, this Annex is part of your contract with Satoro Tao SAS. It tells you what is different for you: the price in US dollars, how you pay and who receives your payment, the language of your sessions, your right to cancel and when it ends, how refunds work, how our paid referrers are disclosed, and how disputes are handled. You can read, print and download it at any time at satoro.ai/en/us-terms.

D.1 When this Annex applies and what prevails

D.1.1 This Annex applies to every purchase of the Satori Camp, the Private Corporate Camp or the Private Personal Camp made at the United States price table (the "US Table"). You are buying at the US Table when the reservation form and your confirmation email show the price in US dollars. This normally happens because your internet connection is in the United States, or because you opened a link that shows the US Table.

D.1.2 Where this Annex differs from the Satori Camp Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") or from Annex C, this Annex prevails. Everything it does not change stays as the Terms and Annex C say. If a clause can reasonably be read in more than one way, the reading more favorable to you applies.

D.1.3 Language of the documents. The Terms and Annexes A, B and C are written in Spanish. Satoro publishes the Terms in English at satoro.ai/en/camp-terms and Annex C in English at satoro.ai/en/business-terms. If Annex A or Annex B is not yet published in English, Satoro sends you an English version on request before you pay. If an English text and a Spanish text differ, you may rely on whichever is more favorable to you.

D.1.4 You must be at least 18 years old to buy.

D.1.5 For purchases at the US Table, these clauses of the Terms are replaced: §3 (price and payment) by D.3 and D.4; §5.4 (alert about Colombian debit cards) does not apply; §7.5 (how refunds are paid) by D.7.3; §9.1 to §9.4 (cancellation period) by D.6; and §16 and §17 (law, complaints and buyers outside Colombia) by D.12. In purchases under Annex C, the prices of C.3.1 and C.3.2 are replaced by D.3, and C.13.1 by D.12.

D.2 Who sells to you, and who receives your payment

D.2.1 The seller is Satoro Tao SAS, a simplified stock corporation (sociedad por acciones simplificada) organized under the laws of Colombia, NIT 901.900.533-4, Calle 79 B No. 4-26, Apartment C-105, Bogotá D.C., Colombia; aurelio@satoro.ai; +57 311 561 7611. Satoro has no office, branch or employees in the United States.

D.2.2 Who receives your payment. You pay through Bold, a Colombian payment gateway. The Bold account that receives your payment is held in the name of Aurelio Eduardo Forero Tascón, founder of Satoro Tao SAS, who receives it on behalf of Satoro Tao SAS. The payment page and your card statement may show his name or the name of that account.

D.2.3 What that means for you:
a) your contract is with Satoro Tao SAS, which is responsible for everything the Terms and this Annex promise, including every refund;
b) a payment that Bold approves counts as payment to Satoro Tao SAS from the moment it is approved;
c) Satoro Tao SAS issues your invoice;
d) Bold is a payment provider. It is not a party to this contract and is not responsible for the Camp;
e) Satoro's obligation to refund you does not depend on that account being available. If the account is blocked or closed for any reason, Satoro pays any refund you are owed from its other funds, within the period of D.7.3.

D.2.4 Protect yourself from payment fraud. Satoro sends payment links in only two ways: on the reservation page at satoro.ai, or by email from aurelio@satoro.ai. Satoro never sends a payment link through a referrer, through anyone else's WhatsApp, or by text message, and never changes its payment details in a message. If you receive a payment link any other way, do not pay. Confirm first at aurelio@satoro.ai or +57 311 561 7611.

D.3 Price

D.3.1 US Table (US dollars, one-time payment):

ProgramPrice
Satori Camp (open groups)US$897 per participant
Private Corporate Camp (Annex C)US$3,900 for up to five (5) participants; US$749 for each additional participant
Private Personal Camp (one-on-one, up to six 2-hour sessions)US$1,897

D.3.2 The price you pay is the one shown in the reservation form and in your confirmation email. If those two differ, the lower one applies. Satoro may change the US Table for future purchases. No change affects a purchase already made.

D.3.3 The price is the total. Satoro does not add taxes, fees or other charges. Colombian VAT does not apply, because this is an export of services from Colombia. A fee your own card issuer may charge you is covered in D.4.3.

D.3.4 One-time payment, no subscription. §4 of the Terms applies in full. You are not enrolled in any subscription, renewal or recurring charge with Satoro, and Satoro does not store your card.

D.3.5 A cost you pay to someone else. Satori runs on Claude. To use it you need your own paid Claude plan (Pro or higher), bought directly from Anthropic PBC. Anthropic lists the Pro plan at about US$20 per month. Anthropic, not Satoro, sets that price and may change it. Satoro receives nothing from that subscription (§5 of the Terms).

D.3.6 Prices differ by country. Satoro shows each country's prices according to where your connection is. If you live in the United States, the US Table applies to you. If Satoro finds that a purchase was made at a price table that does not match the buyer's country of residence, it tells the buyer before confirming the seat, and the buyer chooses between continuing at the price for their country or receiving 100% of what they paid. Satoro will never charge you more than the price you accepted in the reservation form (or, if your link is in Colombian pesos, more than that price converted as D.4.2 says).

D.4 How you pay

D.4.1 You pay by card, through a Bold payment link. Satoro gives you the link on the reservation page or by email from aurelio@satoro.ai (D.2.4).

D.4.2 The currency of your link. The link shows the currency it charges in:
a) If the link is in US dollars, you are charged the price of D.3.1 in US dollars.
b) If the link is in Colombian pesos (COP), the amount is the price of D.3.1 converted at the official Colombian exchange rate (TRM) certified by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia for the day you pay. A link in pesos is valid only on the day Satoro issues it. If it expires, Satoro sends you a new one at that day's rate. Your card issuer converts the pesos into your currency at its own rate, so the dollar amount on your statement may differ slightly from the price of D.3.1.

D.4.3 Fees. Bold's fees are Satoro's. If your card issuer charges you a foreign transaction fee because the payment is processed in Colombia, that fee is yours. Ask your issuer before you pay.

D.4.4 When your seat is confirmed. Your seat is confirmed when Bold approves the payment and Satoro confirms it to you by email.

D.4.5 Satoro never sees or stores your card details. If your issuer lets you split the payment into installments, that is an arrangement between you and your issuer.

D.5 Language, schedule and format

D.5.1 Language of your sessions. The Camp is taught in English or in Spanish, as you choose when you enroll. This applies to the open groups and to the private camps. If you want to change language, tell us before your first session.

D.5.2 Materials in English. Satoro provides the Camp materials in English: the installation video and manual, and the session materials. Each one is delivered in English no later than the session where you use it. They are also available in Spanish.

D.5.3 Number of sessions. Satori Camp (open groups): four (4) live sessions. The first is your Installation Clinic (90 minutes); the other three are 2 hours each (§2.1 of the Terms). Private Corporate Camp: six (6) live sessions, as Annex C says. Private Personal Camp: up to six (6) one-on-one sessions of 2 hours each, on dates agreed with you.

D.5.4 Live sessions, in Colombia time. All sessions are live on Google Meet. Times are stated in Colombia time (UTC−5). Colombia does not observe daylight saving time. While US Eastern Time is on daylight saving time (from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November), Colombia is one hour behind it. The rest of the year they are the same. For the open groups, the reservation form shows the dates and times of your sessions before you pay.

D.6 Your right to cancel, and when it ends

D.6.1 You may cancel within five (5) business days after you accept these Terms and pay, without giving any reason. Email aurelio@satoro.ai with the subject line "Cancel Satori Camp", your name and the email address you used to buy. Satoro confirms receipt in writing, with the date and time.

D.6.2 Business days means Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Colombia and federal holidays in the United States.

D.6.3 If you cancel in time, Satoro returns 100% of what you paid, as D.7.3 says.

D.6.4 YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL ENDS THE MOMENT YOU GET ACCESS TO THE SATORI KIT. It ends at whichever comes first:
a) the five (5) business days run out; or
b) at your request, Satoro gives you access to the Satori kit to install it, or your Installation Clinic begins.

Satoro does not give you access to the kit, or start your Clinic, before your five business days run out unless you ask for it by ticking the separate, optional early-start box in the reservation form. If you tick it, your right to cancel ends as soon as you get access to the kit, even if that happens on the day you pay. If you do not tick it, you get access when your five business days have run out, and if that leaves too little time before your Clinic, Satoro moves you at no cost to the next group with seats.

In plain words: you can never cancel for a change of mind once you have the kit. Downloading the kit ends your right to cancel. Receiving the installation videos and manuals, or welcome messages, does not count as access to the kit.

This follows Colombian law, which excludes the right to cancel in service contracts whose performance has started with the consumer's agreement (Law 1480 of 2011, article 47).

D.6.5 What you keep after your right to cancel ends. The installation guarantee (D.7.1): if your Satori is not installed and working when your Clinic ends, Satoro returns 100%. Ticking the early-start box never affects it. ONCE YOUR SATORI IS INSTALLED AND WORKING ON YOUR COMPUTER, THERE IS NO REFUND (D.7.2).

D.6.6 Satoro sells only online. Nobody is authorized to take your order or your payment in person on behalf of Satoro. If a referrer or anyone else presented the Camp to you in person, tell us in the reservation form. In that case: (a) your cancellation period under D.6.1 is never shorter than five (5) business days and does not end early, because the early-start box is not available to you; and (b) the following notice applies to you:

BUYER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL. If this is a home solicitation sale and you do not want the services, you may cancel this agreement by providing written notice to the seller by email to aurelio@satoro.ai, in person or by mail, before midnight of the fifth business day after you sign this agreement. Satoro will return 100% of what you paid.

D.6.7 This right to cancel is also granted by Satoro by contract. If the law of the state where you live gives you a longer or broader right to cancel, that law applies.

D.6.8 In purchases under Annex C, C.10 applies, with business days counted as D.6.2 says.

D.7 Guarantees and refunds

D.7.1 These protections of the Terms apply to you as written: §6.3 (100% back if you cannot meet the requirements for reasons beyond your control), §7 (100% back if your Satori is not installed and working when your Clinic ends), §10.4 (100% back if Satoro cancels your group before your Satori is installed; once it is installed, Satoro always delivers the Camp and reschedules any session it cannot hold) and §10.6 (your seat is not lost). In purchases under Annex C, C.6 and C.7 apply.

D.7.2 IMPORTANT: ONCE YOUR SATORI IS INSTALLED AND WORKING ON YOUR COMPUTER, THERE IS NO REFUND (§10.5 of the Terms), whether or not you attend the live sessions. All sessions are recorded, and the recordings stay available to you for twelve (12) months after your group's last session (§14.6 of the Terms).

D.7.3 How refunds are paid. To the same card, through Bold, for 100% of what Satoro charged you, in the same currency it charged you, with no deductions. Satoro pays Bold's costs of the refund. Satoro processes the refund within fifteen (15) calendar days after you ask for it. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer. If the refund cannot go back to your card, Satoro agrees with you another way to pay it, at Satoro's cost. If you paid in Colombian pesos, Satoro returns the amount in pesos needed for you to receive back the same US dollars you were charged. If your statement shows less, send Satoro the statement and Satoro pays the difference.

D.7.4 Nothing in this Annex limits any right you have with your card issuer, including the right to dispute a charge. If you start a dispute while a request is pending with Satoro, please tell us, so you are not refunded twice.

D.8 Paid referrers: what you should know

D.8.1 Some people who share links to the Satori Camp (links that include "?ref=") are referrers paid by Satoro. For a purchase at the US Table, Satoro pays the referrer 20% of the amount it collects from you.

D.8.2 Using a referral link does not change your price. You pay the same with or without one.

D.8.3 Referrers are independent. They are not Satoro's employees, agents or representatives. They cannot change these Terms, offer prices or discounts Satoro has not published, send you payment links, receive payments on Satoro's behalf, or promise you results (§8.2 of the Terms). Their opinions and experiences are their own. Some referrers are also Satori users.

D.8.4 Satoro requires its referrers to disclose the commission clearly every time they share their link, and not to make claims about Satori that Satoro cannot support. If a referrer did not tell you they are paid, or promised you something these Terms do not include, write to aurelio@satoro.ai.

D.8.5 Your confirmation email tells you whether your purchase was credited to a referrer and to whom. Satoro tells that referrer only your name and that the purchase was credited to them, so they can check their commission.

D.9 Software, autonomous agent and limitation of liability

D.9.1 §8, §11, §12 and §13 of the Terms apply to you. Please read §13 carefully: Satori is an autonomous agent that takes real actions on your computer, and you must keep your own backups (§11.3).

D.9.2 TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SATORI SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," AND SATORO DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THIS DOES NOT REDUCE THE CANCELLATION RIGHT OF D.6, THE GUARANTEES AND REFUNDS OF D.7, OR WHAT SATORO EXPRESSLY PROMISES IN §8.1 OF THE TERMS.

D.9.3 TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SATORO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE CAMP OR TO SATORI IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID SATORO, AND SATORO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR WHERE THE LAW OF YOUR STATE DOES NOT ALLOW THEM. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

D.10 Your personal data

D.10.1 §15 of the Terms and the Privacy Policy (satoro.ai/privacidad) apply. Satoro processes your personal data in Colombia, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.

D.10.2 For purchases at the US Table, Satoro also processes: the country detected from your connection (to show you the right prices and to detect the cases of D.3.6); the payment confirmation Bold sends to the account holder, which does not include your full card number; your answer about an in-person presentation (D.6.6); and, if applicable, the referrer your purchase was credited to (D.8.5). Bold processes your card data as a payment provider.

D.10.3 Satoro does not sell your personal data.

D.11 Companies in the United States

D.11.1 When a company buys the Private Corporate Camp at the US Table, Annex C applies together with this Annex. The prices are those of D.3, and the company pays by card through a Bold payment link, as D.4 says.

D.11.2 Satoro issues the invoice in the company's name.

D.11.3 If your company asks for it, Satoro provides IRS Form W-8BEN-E, documenting that Satoro Tao SAS is a foreign entity. Satoro does not give advice on your company's own tax obligations.

D.12 Complaints, governing law and disputes

D.12.1 Write to us first. Send any complaint to aurelio@satoro.ai. Satoro acknowledges it with the date and time and answers within fifteen (15) business days. You and Satoro agree to try in good faith to resolve the matter within thirty (30) days before going to court. This step does not stop you from contacting a government authority at any time, and it does not shorten any legal deadline.

D.12.2 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. If you buy as a consumer and live in the United States, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any provision of the law of your state that cannot be waived by agreement.

D.12.3 Where you can bring a claim. If you buy as a consumer, you may bring a claim:
a) in Colombia, before the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (www.sic.gov.co) or the Colombian courts; or
b) in the courts of the state and county where you live that have jurisdiction, including small claims court.
Satoro will not ask a court to send your consumer claim to Colombia.

D.12.4 No arbitration and no class-action waiver. These Terms do not require you to go to arbitration, and they do not limit your right to take part in a class or collective action.

D.12.5 You may also file a complaint with the US Federal Trade Commission (reportfraud.ftc.gov) or with the attorney general of your state.

D.12.6 Companies. If you buy under Annex C, disputes are governed by Colombian law and go to the courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, after the step of D.12.1.

D.13 Acceptance and record

D.13.1 You accept the Terms and this Annex by actively ticking the boxes in the reservation form before paying. Satoro records the date and time, the version you accepted, the exact text of the boxes you ticked, the language of the page, your identification, the country detected from your connection, the price table shown, the price, your answer about an in-person presentation, and the referrer, if any.

D.13.2 That record is an electronic record with full legal effect under Colombian Law 527 of 1999 and the US Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001).

D.13.3 The version you accepted is yours (§18.1 of the Terms). You can read, print and download this Annex at satoro.ai/en/us-terms.
