Private Corporate Camp · Expanded talent
Your team stops chasing data. You lead with decisions.
Each person on your team leaves with their own Satori: an artificial intelligence that knows their work, keeps the memory of what was agreed and does the part that eats up their day today. Reports arrive on time, without copy-and-paste errors. Meetings don't end in limbo. And you see the whole business.
Does your company get done what it needs, or what it can?
You know what your company needs. The problem is everything that gets in the way between that need and the execution.
To sell more, manage better, market better and earn more on every sale, your company is missing new knowledge, capabilities and competencies: the Three Cs. To get them you would have to hire, and to hire you need the capital that would come if you already had them. It's a vicious circle.
So what gets done is what can be done. And whoever leads feels they don't have full control of their company.
You have valuable, committed people. But those valuable people spend the day on cheap work: copying data from one sheet to another, looking for the email that had the answer, building the same report every month. That's the productivity your company is letting go.
Now that can change.
Welcome to the era of human expansion
With the right artificial intelligence, one person radically changes what they manage, what they reach and the results they achieve.
That is Satori: a mind, the personal artificial intelligence of each person on your team. It gives your people the Three Cs they were missing, for a fraction of what it would cost to hire them from outside. And it opens the way to the Profitable and Sustainable Scaling that your creation and your effort deserve.
For a small or mid-sized company it is an opportunity that never existed before. The distance from large companies, the ones with an entire department for everything, can finally be closed with the talent already in-house. The tool reaches everyone on the same day. The advantage belongs to whoever puts it to work first.
What changes when your company has Satori
| Without Satori | With Satori |
|---|---|
| You ask something and the answer never comes back. You ask again. | What gets done in the company stays in Satori's memory. The answer is one question away. |
| The meeting ends well, and a week later nobody knows who owes what. | After every meeting, each person receives exactly what they need to execute. They hand it to their Satori, which does it and emails the team when it's done. No more waiting until next week to find out what happened: now things get done. |
| The monthly report takes three days, with thin data, context and analysis, and it often comes out of a spreadsheet full of errors. | Satori knows every past report and what it contains. It searches the databases, emails and files that matter, and builds the report on a recurring routine. The meeting stops being spent analyzing the report and goes to executing decisions and improvements. |
| Several people are dedicated to building or updating huge spreadsheets where mistakes are impossible to avoid. | Satori queries the sources, builds the spreadsheet and hands you a report with context in a fraction of the time. Your executive leaves the cheap task to think, sell and decide. |
| The data that explains why sales dropped is right there, but nobody has analyzed it. | Nothing slips past Satori: it reads the complete records and tells you what happened and what to do. |
| Targets are set on assumptions, expectations and wishes. | Each point of sale has a daily target by time slot, based on the conversion rate of the team on that shift. The result stops being a surprise: you know it and steer it with decisions and actions during the month. |
| Conversations with the team run on perceptions. | Conversations run on indicators. |
| Only one person knows how to put together a quote. If they're out, the client waits. | Anyone can produce it with the quoting tool built on the company's rates. |
| Follow-up with the prospect gets forgotten. | Every prospect has their follow-up, their draft and their brief ready. |
| A training manual takes a week, so few get made. | In three weeks, one company went from 15 to 42 manuals. |
| You negotiate with a supplier on what you remember about the market. | You arrive with the competitors' quotes already read and the argument built. |
| The company's knowledge lives in the heads of a few. | It's written down, shared, and working for everyone. |
We saw every row on the right happen in a real company during the Satori Camp.
What Satori is
The difference isn't having AI. It's having a Mind that knows your company.
Anyone can use artificial intelligence today. But a standalone chat doesn't know who your clients are, what was agreed on Tuesday or how you decide. It answers and forgets.
Satori is something else: a Mind that knows the company, remembers everything that gets done and answers with the context of all the organization's knowledge. That's why you don't have to explain things every time, and that's why what it delivers is good enough to decide on.
When each person on the team has their own, the company's knowledge stops living in the heads of a few. It's written down, shared, and working for everyone.
How can it transform your company?
What changes when talent expands
This is human expansion: each person increases their knowledge, capabilities and competencies without learning to code or taking an AI course. We have already seen every one of the jobs below happen in a real company.
Reports on time, without human error
The report builds itself as the work happens. Satori cross-checks the numbers, verifies every figure against its source and delivers on the date, without anyone spending an afternoon copying and pasting.
We saw itAt the retail company, the monthly report to the owner went from about three days to one. And at Satoro, every Monday at 7:00 a.m., our client in Spain automatically receives the weekly report: what got done and what comes next.
Meetings that don't end in limbo
Every meeting leaves behind what was agreed, who owes what and by when. And the follow-up email already written, ready to review.
We saw itFrom a one-hour call with a prospect came the analysis, the priced offer, the follow-up and the samples, a day earlier than promised.
Hidden data nobody had processed
What sits in emails, statements and full records, and nobody has time to read, Satori reads.
We saw itA builder discovered an expired company that wasn't even on his accountant's radar. A clinic found about 400 euros in automatic charges nobody was keeping track of.
Understand the competition better
Prices, quotes, market conditions: Satori reads them, compares them and tells you what they mean for your negotiation.
We saw itA business owner prepared a negotiation with a foreign supplier: his Satori read the competitors' quotes, built the freight argument and, on its own initiative, proposed a renegotiation clause. Today he doesn't write to that supplier without going through his Satori first.
Answer clients faster, and better
The follow-up that gets forgotten, the proposal that runs late, the quote only one person knows how to make: Satori gets them ready for someone to review and send.
We saw itAt a marketing agency, one partner built her own sales agent during the Camp: it prepares the follow-ups, drafts and briefs for every prospect. Another built a quoting tool with the company's rates.
Valuable people on valuable work
Cheap work stops landing on expensive people. What used to take your best person's afternoon is now done by their Satori, and they get back to thinking, selling and deciding.
We saw itA physician with her own clinic in Spain: “I no longer spend hours at the computer trying to figure out how to do things.”
A real case · told by the person who runs the company
Five weeks at a retail company with 34 points of sale
Its CEO installed her Satori at the end of August. In early October we asked her what had changed. She told it in five jobs; the time figures are her own estimates.
Now her Satori reads the complete sales records, not just the summaries. It filters out atypical results (an earthquake, an election, a World Cup) so the right decisions get made. And it places each store manager by performance and trend, with one action for each group. Three of those five jobs belonged to other departments: her Satori raised the level of the whole team's work.
“Based on Satori’s information and analysis, I now spend my time making more and better decisions. It has also allowed me to have the business conversations and discussions with the different teams that challenge their goals and move them out of the status quo.”
CEO, retail company with 34 points of sale in 17 cities
A new technology is the door to a revolution
Will you transform, or be transformed?
When a technology is born, the natural thing is to apply it to what we already know. The first use of the internal combustion engine was to mount it on a cart. It worked: it went faster. But that was only the beginning of an immense transformation of human capabilities.

Then the engine created its own universe: cars of every kind, airplanes, roads with signs and guardrails, bridges, control towers and even new sports.
AI is the engine we are putting on the cart today. But you have in front of you the chance to transform yourself, your company and your surroundings with whatever you decide to dream and imagine.
How much longer will you wait?
To read before you decide
8:47 a.m. Eleven tasks, dictated in no particular order. By 9:25 they were done.
A business owner opens her computer on a Monday and unloads everything on her mind: the proposal due Wednesday, an email from a new client, a change to the website, the payment the bank declined, the plan for the week. She gets up for a coffee. Thirty-eight minutes later, her Satori tells her what it did, what it left ready for her to review and the three things only she can decide.
This is what your day looks like when filler work no longer goes through your hands: nobody interrupts you to ask for a figure, the report builds itself and your time goes back to deciding. And at the end, five real weeks at the retail company, told by its CEO.
We practiced it at home first
Satoro runs on Satori every day. Aurelio Forero doesn't know how to code, and his Satori did all of this:
- This page and all of satoro.ai, designed, written and published.
- More than 1,400 transactions from a full year reconciled to the cent. Today it balances every quarter on its own.
- A 40-field government supplier form, signed the same day. Behind it came two awarded workshops.
- An eleven-section institutional proposal, built from proposals of previous years.
- A radar that sweeps 16 sources every week and flags calls for proposals and industry news.
- Each morning's dashboard, with the fronts prioritized and the day's three wins already proposed.
What your team learns in the Camp is the same thing we use to work.
Up to five people, one shared purpose
How it happens in your company
Each person on your team lights up their own Satori, and everyone works on the same thing: the company's real reports, meetings and clients. That's how the knowledge, capabilities and competencies of the whole team expand, not just one person's.
We choose the jobs
Before installing anything, the team and its leader choose which report, which meeting and which client to change first. Also which information gets connected and which stays out.
Each person, their Satori
Guided installation, person by person. Nobody learns AI: each person talks to theirs like a colleague, and theirs already knows their work.
On the real work
Six two-hour sessions with Aurelio, on your company's processes. Each person ends with their Satori running and at least one agent of their own at work.
What the people who use it say
In his first two weeks, Satori has already helped Roberto Gómez, manager of a company in Bogotá, save about US$2,500 by negotiating better terms with his suppliers.
Real case, shared with Roberto Gómez’s permission · individual result, not a promise of savings; results vary
“Thanks to Satori I no longer spend hours at the computer trying to figure out how to do things. It's helped me with legal matters, organizing my day and my week, and it's become the personal assistant I badly needed, saving me time. Time is money.”
Mariana Goldstücker · M.D., founder of OASE by Goldstücker · Alicante, Spain
“Based on Satori’s information and analysis, I now spend my time making more and better decisions. It has also allowed me to have the business conversations and discussions with the different teams that challenge their goals and move them out of the status quo.”
CEO, retail company with 34 points of sale in 17 cities
“Very soon after I started using it, my Satori already understood a new business I'm setting up. I gave it the context and the supplier I'm negotiating with, and it carried on with the competition, the market and the logistics. Today it practically has it in its system the way I have it in my head.
I also used it on a legal matter. I told it which folders held the documents, it analyzed the lawyer's initial proposal and in five minutes gave me feedback and built a table that would have taken me half an hour or more. And it suggested adding columns I hadn't considered. Then it reviewed the lawyer's draft and left the changes marked for me. I warned it the same way I would warn a person: this is legal, check the current law and ask me whatever you're not sure about. And that's what it did.
It's a second brain that thinks for me, and much faster: gathering and organizing that information would take me endless time. With every interaction I ask it to take weight off me and put me a step ahead.”

Before you enroll your team, read this
Satori runs on Claude Code. That is a monthly subscription per person, and you don't pay it to us.
We say it before the price, not after, because it is the kind of thing you would rather find out now.
Satori is not a program we rent you or a service that lives on our servers. It is installed on each person's computer and runs on Claude Code, Anthropic's tool. Each person on the team needs an active Claude subscription, paid directly to Anthropic, not to Satoro.
There is also an entry requirement, not just a cost: before the first session, each person installs Claude Desktop on their computer, with a video and a step-by-step manual. Anyone who can't manage it alone has the Installation Clinic, which accompanies them until it runs. If someone's computer doesn't meet the requirements, they follow the sessions and join later through the make-up clinic (see the guarantee, below).
What it costs, no fine print:
Pro plan: US$20 a month per person (US$17 if the year is paid upfront). It includes Claude Code. It is the plan most people use for the Camp and to run their Satori every day.
Max plan: from US$100 a month. The same, with 5 or 20 times more usage. It makes sense for someone who leans on their Satori many hours a day; you don't need it to start.
Team plan: contracted and administered by the company, under a commercial contract with Anthropic. It is the option we recommend when the Satoris will work with company information. Below, in short, what changes compared with Pro.
Claude's free plan does not include Claude Code, so it can't run a Satori.
It is a real, recurring cost, and we would rather you add it up before enrolling your team than after. It is also the cost that makes each Satori yours: the system lives on your machines and the accounts are yours, so nobody can switch it off or keep your information.
Pro or Team: what changes for the company
Both plans include Claude Code and both work for the Camp. The difference is who signs up and under which terms the information is processed.
| Pro or Max | Team | |
|---|---|---|
| Who signs up | Each person, with their own account | The company, from 2 to 150 seats, with central billing |
| Terms that apply | Anthropic Consumer Terms | Anthropic Commercial Terms, between the company and Anthropic |
| Model training | Each person turns it off in their settings; we do it during installation | By default, conversations are not used for training (Anthropic policy) |
| Administration | None: each account belongs to whoever pays for it | Company console: single sign-on (SSO), adding and removing seats, connector controls |
| Price per person, per month | Pro: US$20 (US$17 billed yearly). Max: from US$100 | Standard seat: US$25 (US$20 billed yearly). Premium seat, with 5 times more usage: US$125 (US$100 billed yearly) |
Our recommendation: if the Satoris will work with company information, the Team plan contracted by the company. Organizations of 20 people or more also have the Enterprise plan, with automatic user provisioning, audit logs and roles.
Prices and conditions per claude.com/pricing, checked on October 21, 2026. Anthropic sets them and may change them; Satoro does not control them.
If the computers belong to the company, IT reviews it first
We have two documents made for that, and they can be forwarded as they are (both are in Spanish). The technical sheet for IT (Annex A, in Spanish) says what gets installed, where the data stays, and what goes out to the network and what doesn't. The execution sheet (Annex B) lists the four components, the commands and the verification: about fifteen minutes per computer.
And what you have already built with AI is not lost: it moves.
The reasonable objection to switching tools is “I've been talking to ChatGPT for two years, I'm not starting from zero.” You don't start from zero. Most platforms let you download your complete history, and in the Installation Clinic each Satori reads it, indexes it and turns it into its own memory.
Where the history can be rescued from, today:
- ChatGPT: yes. Settings → Data controls → Export data. You receive an email with a file holding all your conversations. (On Business or Enterprise accounts, the company controls the export.)
- Gemini: yes, at takeout.google.com, choosing Gemini Apps with all activity included.
- Claude: yes. Settings → Privacy → Export data.
- Grok: yes, in the xAI account portal, accounts.x.ai/data, under Download account data.
- Microsoft Copilot (the personal one): yes. At account.microsoft.com/privacy → Copilot → activity history → Export all activity history. Company Copilot is a different matter: those chats are governed by the organization.
- Meta AI: yes, but in pieces: you request it separately in meta.ai, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.
- DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi: no official download. You have to copy and paste the conversations worth keeping into a document for the Satori by hand.
Nobody has to understand those files or open a single one. You download the file, hand it to the Satori and it does the rest.
The program
Your team sets the calendar. The rest is already built.
- Before starting
Each person installs their Satori
Claude Desktop on their computer, with our video and manual. If someone can't manage it alone, the Installation Clinic accompanies them until their Satori is running. If the computers belong to the company, IT uses Annexes A and B.
- The sessions
Six live two-hour sessions with Aurelio
Online, over Google Meet, from each person's own computer: no travel and no office to go to. Your team chooses the days, the time slot and the start date when enrolling. If someone misses a session, the recording is there.
- At the end
Each person with their Satori running
On the company's real processes, and with at least one agent of their own at work.
The installation guarantee. Installing is our risk; the computers belong to your company. Before paying, each person declares their computer in the enrollment form and knows whether it meets the requirements. With computers that do, we stay until each Satori runs. If, even so, no Satori on the team ended up working because of something on our side, we refund 100% of the program. The refund is for the whole Camp, not per person: someone who can't install because their computer doesn't meet the requirements joins later, at no cost, through a make-up clinic within 60 days after the first session, or the company swaps them for another person. The only exception: if the Satori of someone with a compliant computer isn't running because of something on our side when that window closes, you choose between us continuing or a refund of their share. This does not take away any rights the law gives you. The rest is in the Terms and Conditions and their Conditions for companies (both in Spanish).
You've seen what it does. What would it do in your company?
The next step is short: enroll your team. One price for the closed-door program, and two steps: first the enrollment, then the payment.
US dollars · paid from the United States · no sales tax added
- Up to five people from your company. The price is for the program, not per person: it is the same if fewer than five take part
- Six live two-hour sessions with Aurelio Forero
- One Satori installed and running per person
- On your company's real processes
- Guided Installation Clinic
- Recordings of all the sessions
- Invoice in the company's name
- From the sixth person on: US$749 per seat
- Paid by card, through a Bold payment link
Step 1 · your team's details
Enroll my team →Who's attending, the schedule that works for them and the billing details. It takes about five minutes. The form is in Spanish; if you'd rather do it in English, write to us and we'll handle it by email.
Step 2 · payment
When we receive your enrollment we reply the same day with the dates and the Bold payment link. US$3,900, paid by card, no sales tax added. The program is scheduled once the enrollment is accepted and payment is received.
Good to know before paying
One-off payment: for each Satori you pay only for the program. Nobody is signed up for any subscription with Satoro and there are no recurring charges; the Claude subscription is separate, paid directly to Anthropic (the details).
Requirements: Claude Desktop installed with a paid Claude plan per person, and the ability to install programs on the computer. If the computers belong to the company, review it with your IT department before paying. Conditions are in the Terms and Conditions and their Conditions for companies (Spanish only).
Prefer to see it first?
In 20 minutes Aurelio will show you, using your company, three of your team's jobs that Satori would take on from the first week. Message him on WhatsApp or write to aurelio@satoro.ai.
Questions owners ask us
Does my team need to know about technology?
No. Nobody writes code and nobody takes a course. You talk to Satori like a coworker, by typing or with a voice note.
How is it different from ChatGPT?
A standalone chat answers and forgets. Satori remembers your business, connects to your email, calendar and documents, and does the work: the report, the follow-up, the quote.
Where does the company's information stay?
The files and memory of each Satori live on the computer of the person who uses it, not on Satoro's servers. Conversations go through Anthropic, the company that makes Claude, set up so they don't train its models. The company decides at the start what gets connected and what stays out.
What else is there to pay?
One Claude subscription per person, paid directly to Anthropic. The Pro plan costs 20 dollars a month; for teams there's the Team plan, managed by the company. It is the one we recommend when the Satoris work with company information. We mention it now because it's a recurring cost: the comparison is above.
Does our IT department have to review it?
If the computers belong to the company, yes, and it is best done before enrolling. There are two documents for that, which can be forwarded as they are (in Spanish): the technical sheet for IT (what gets installed, where the data stays, what goes out to the network and what doesn't; Satoro has no access to any computer) and the execution sheet (the four components and the commands, about fifteen minutes per computer).
What if someone's computer doesn't meet the requirements?
You will know before paying, because the enrollment form asks for each person's computer and warns you. If it still doesn't meet them, or IT won't allow the installation, that person follows the sessions and joins later, at no cost, through a make-up clinic within 60 days after the first session, or the company swaps them for another person. That does not give rise to a refund, because the program was delivered. The guarantee refunds 100% of the program if no Satori on the team ended up working because of something on our side.
Whose is each Satori?
The license belongs to the company. If someone with a working Satori leaves, you can pass their license to another person at no cost during the 30 days after that person's installation; after that, the new person takes an additional seat. What each person builds with their Satori lives on their computer, so it is wise to set internal rules about company information from the start.
Is the Camp in English?
Yes. Sessions can be in English or in Spanish: your team chooses when enrolling.
When does it start?
Whenever your team can. You set the calendar and the schedule; we agree on it once we receive your enrollment.
And after the Camp?
Your team's Satoris keep running. If you want to take it to the strategy of the whole company, the services of the Satoro Continuum and their prices are at Satoro for business.
Can I start on my own?
Yes. In the open Satori Camp you get your own Satori: satoro.ai/en/camp.
See how it's used every day at instagram.com/satoro.ai.
