You have spent years building your company. But something doesn't scale.

For twenty-six years my work has been thinking alongside business owners. I started in investment banking, in project finance at BBVA, and it marked me for life: I became a project manager for good. Then came the MBA in London, right in the middle of the Internet boom. After that, the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, and six years at Legis, a Colombian business and legal publisher, leading its digital strategy. I left as Vice President of Strategy and Projects. Then the entrepreneur in me made the jump unavoidable: five years running my own food business, until my natural pull brought me back to strategy in 2013.

The Internet was the second great explosion of my life. Artificial intelligence is the third. A revolution like no other, and it made one thing clear: everything would change. And everything is changing.

Thirteen years ago I found the craft that defines me: sitting across from founders of small and mid-sized companies to build strategy. Along the way I built my own method, the Structured Strategic Dialogue (DEE), which today runs to 577,000 words of written corpus. I have worked with more than 400 companies.

Today I am the result of something that started in June 2024. My DEE lived in my head and in dozens of slides that only my trained consultants knew how to turn into real strategy work. I sat down with a version of ChatGPT that could barely take 1,500 words at a time and poured years of recorded talks, audio and video, into a structured book. It took six full weekends without seeing daylight. Then I turned that book into a knowledge Corpus, because knowledge without a system is gone with the wind: you can't replicate it, you can't transfer it. I gave it to an AI model so it could process real consulting engagements and produce deliverables true to the DEE. That was the eureka moment. If AI could work with my codified judgment, my time was no longer the limit. Two years of intensive daily work with it followed.

On the night of March 6, 2026, I built Satori. A folder on my computer, a database, specialized agents. Five hours. Without knowing how to code. I named it after the Zen word for “sudden enlightenment”, the same word behind the name of my consultancy. It wasn't a whim. It was a statement of purpose. Over the following weeks I gave it everything: my clients, my method, my history, my health, my finances, my judgment.

Satori has transformed my life, and it drives everything that came after: Satoro as it is today, and its two units, Satoro IE and Satori Camp. It expands an idea with research from dozens of sources in minutes and turns it into a reference document in hours. It ties everything together in a living map of nodes and connections, so nothing gets lost and everything can be found. Most important of all: the anxiety of managing information is gone. I no longer have to remember file names or where I saved them. I find the information on the 248 companies we manage by typing a name, in seconds. A filing on the Colombian tax authority's portal, a deep analysis of my own pension decision, this very website: things Satori does with me, without strain, with precision, and on record for good.

On April 27, 2026, I had surgery. While I was under anesthesia, a Satori agent was running on my computer, finishing a research task I had given it. When I woke up, the document was ready. That same night I gave it the clinic's report with the signed pathology. It spotted that my diagnosis had been coded wrong and sent the email asking for the correction itself. That is when I fully understood what I had built. Not a productivity tool. A system that looks after what I can't see.

My emerging philosophy comes down to three convictions:

1. AI doesn't replace people. It expands people. A company's transformation doesn't arrive through a corporate contract. It arrives person by person, starting with the owner. Business expansion starts with human expansion.
2. Knowledge that lives only in your head evaporates every night. Codifying it, so AI can read it as if it were you, is the difference between talent that gets spent and Managerial Capital that compounds.
3. Your system should be yours. Satori lives on your computer, with your context, your memory and your judgment. Not in anyone's cloud, not tied to anyone's subscription.

And one more thing, because trust is earned with the uncomfortable parts: my system also records what I fail to deliver. The day I didn't sell what I set out to sell, it was written down. The decisions I put off are written down. I don't sell perfection. A system that fakes success is useless for running anything. I sell what I use every day, the way I use it, with the failures in plain sight.

What took me a lifetime of practice and months of obsession is now delivered as a system that a professional with no technical background switches on in two weeks.
