Satoro for business.
The Continuum, product by product — with the price up front.

Your company doesn't need more AI tools. It needs the system that gives them direction.

Four ways in, depending on what your moment calls for: understand where you stand, redesign the strategy, install your team's Satoris, or sustain execution month after month. All four scopes and all four prices are below, without you having to ask for them.

How the Continuum is purchased

The Continuum is the system. These are the stretches you travel through it.

The Continuum describes how a company moves from scattered tools to Managerial Capital: four linked phases. What you actually hire isn't the loose phases — it's four services, and each one covers a stretch. This table is the translation between the two.

The services

Four services, each with its scope and its price.

They can be taken separately or in sequence. All prices are in Colombian pesos, with a reference equivalent in dollars and euros.

Diagnostic Continuum

“AI Transformation Potential for Your Company”

8 hours · 4 sessions of 2h · remote

The question it answers isn't which AI tool should we buy. It's what your company could become once it stops depending on the memory, availability and hours of the few people holding it up today. How much of what eats your day could be solving itself. How far you could scale without adding headcount in the same proportion. And what it's costing your business, every month, that this still hasn't happened.

That's the real finding of the diagnostic: not a list of tools, but the size of the transformation within your reach — and what you're losing while it stays undecided.

Getting there takes fieldwork. Four sessions where we map how your organization runs today: what processes exist, where time gets lost, what information moves and how. We ask the questions live, with a prepared questionnaire — we don't send forms for someone to fill out, because a form sent out takes weeks to come back.

What comes out of it is a document that answers four things: what your company could become with AI and how big that leap is, which concrete processes it would enter first, what impact it would have on productivity, costs, time and people, and how your team's Satoris would coordinate with each other once each person adopts one — because the leap isn't made by one expanded person, it's made by an expanded team that talks to each other with precision. Nothing gets installed or built: it's the map you make before deciding. It closes with two or three recommended, prioritized pilots.

  • Diagnostic document on transformation opportunities for productivity and scaling, with findings and priorities
  • Coordination model between your team's Satoris
  • Recommended pilots, prioritized by impact
  • Results presentation session

Strategic Continuum

Structured Strategic Dialogue (DEE)

16 hours · with your leadership team

Sixteen hours of facilitation with a proprietary methodology built over thirteen years and more than 400 companies. It isn't training, and it isn't advice by email: it's in-room work on the business's economic engine, its value proposition, its configuration and its execution plan.

And there's something that only happens when the team is in the room: the DEE isn't applied to the company, it's built with the minds that run it. We sit your inner circle down to think through structures that organize the discussion and surface ideas that never come up in a normal meeting. Through the dialectic, the team ends up seeing its business and its environment in a new way — and the choices don't arrive imposed by a consultant: the team conceives them itself.

That sense of ownership is what turns a document into movement. People leave with renewed purpose and with the strategic scenarios they built themselves, and that's what unleashes the massive action that leads to scaling. It's the difference between a strategy that gets complied with and one that gets executed.

You leave with decision documents — not a report of recommendations — and with the team aligned around them, which is the part that usually doesn't happen. The Final Report is the first version of your Business Corpus, and it's what your team's Satoris get installed with: each person operating with the company's strategy inside. It's the deepest service Satoro offers.

  • The DEE's 10 tools, in sequence, with your inner circle in the room
  • Action Plan with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and named owners
  • Final Report = first version of your Business Corpus
  • Your team's Satoris, installed and loaded with the Corpus

Private Corporate Camp

Your team's Satoris, without going through the DEE

6 sessions of 2h · 12 hours · up to 5 people

The closed-door program for your company, with up to five people from your team. Each participant leaves with their own Satori installed, and the sessions are built on the organization's real processes — not case studies.

It's how adoption stops depending on a single person: when several people on the same team operate the system, the practice sustains itself. Nobody leaves with notes; everybody leaves with the system running. No prior technical knowledge is required: nobody writes code. And because it's private, your team sets the calendar and the schedule.

What changes when it's no longer one person, but everyone. An organization where every person is expanded by their Satori stops catching up in meetings. Context travels with precision — what was agreed, what's pending, who owes what — instead of being reconstructed from memory every time two people talk. Follow-ups happen on their own, commitments stay written where they can be found months later, and communication across areas gets faster and less ambiguous, because everyone arrives with the context already processed.

That's where the company starts behaving like a system instead of a pile of inboxes — and where productivity stops depending on who remembered what.

  • One Satori installed and running per participant
  • Coordination between the team's Satoris: shared context, automatic follow-ups
  • Sessions on the company's real processes
  • Recordings and a corporate invoice
  • Calendar and time slot at the team's convenience

Implementation Continuum

Monthly support

from 4 to 12 hours a month

A strategy without execution doesn't exist. That's not a cliché: it's where most transformations fall apart. The plan was well made, the OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) were written down with owners and dates — and six months later nobody knows where things stand, because day-to-day operations ate the agenda.

This is the support that makes them actually happen. Monthly hours to work on whatever is live that week: a process that won't close, a new automation, a decision you want to model before making it. And we don't push by sheer effort — we lean on the execution and coordination power of your people's Satoris, which are what keeps follow-up going when nobody's watching.

It's also where we guide, with what we've learned doing it, the transformation toward an AI First company: building the solutions and making the organizational adjustments that secure it, in whatever order your operation can absorb them. It mixes strategic thinking with building with AI, and it isn't technical support. Any system improvements we develop along the way come at no extra cost. Three months minimum; month to month after that, cancelable with 30 days' notice.

On currency: billing is done in Colombian pesos unless otherwise agreed. The dollar and euro figures are for reference, calculated on the peso price with a working rate reviewed every quarter — they don't chase the day's exchange rate. If you pay from outside Colombia by card, the charge is made in pesos: your bank will apply its own exchange rate and typically an international transaction fee of 1% to 3%. That isn't a charge from Satoro, but it will show up on your statement.

On taxes: the VAT shown is Colombian VAT and applies to clients in Colombia. For clients domiciled outside the country, the tax treatment corresponds to an export of services and is confirmed in writing in the quote, before invoicing.

If it isn't for the whole company

What if, for now, you just want your own?

A company's transformation doesn't arrive through a corporate contract: it arrives person by person, starting with the owner. If what you want is your own Satori before moving the whole organization, there are two paths, and both are smaller.

Who's already done it

13 years. More than 400 companies. NPS 84 — measured, not self-declared.

“What I'd tell a business owner before working with Aurelio is that they need to know how willing they are to be confronted, and how willing they are to think openly about the changes that come from seeing the company through completely different eyes.”

Luis Fernando Vélez — Founder and CEO, Amor Perfecto

“Over these 25 years we've tried different models and consultancies, and the truth is all we were left with were unpaid bills. I'm convinced this program is, if not the best, one of the best options for a small or mid-sized company.”

Hugo Ortiz — Founder and CEO, IT&T Ingeniería de Colombia

“The whole model is completely different from other firms. The Associate knows the day-to-day of the operation. It's support, not a burden — in both strategy and implementation.”

Luz Marina Rojas — Founder and CEO, Dipsa Food

“Thanks to Satori I no longer spend hours at the computer trying to figure out how to do things. It's helped me with legal matters, organizing my day and my week, and it's become the personal assistant I badly needed, saving me time. Time is money.”

Mariana Goldstücker — M.D., founder of OASE by Goldstücker · Alicante, Spain
