Your company dashboard should not depend on someone filling in a spreadsheet

Ask any small-business owner how the month is going. The answer usually arrives two days later, after someone cross-checks three files and two chats. By then the invoice is overdue and the client has gone cold.

The data exists. It is scattered across the bank, the salesperson’s WhatsApp and the head of whoever has been at the company the longest. What is missing is one place to see it without chasing anyone.

That is why we built the Cockpit: your company’s management portal, fed by the daily work of your team and their Satoris.

What you see when you open it

The home screen: the month at a glance. This is the public demo, with an invented company and invented data.

The month’s result. What you are owed and what you owe. What falls due this week. Each sale, what stage it is at and when the next contact is due. Who has which task and where it came from: a meeting, a chat or someone’s Satori.

Each person logs in with their role. Management sees the whole business and the team sees their own part.

Why it does not go stale

Dashboards usually die the same way: someone has to fill them in, one day they stop, and nobody trusts the number again.

Here the data arrives while people work. Your team tells their Satori what happened, and the Satori records it. If something specific to your business is missing, it proposes a new structure, and whoever runs the company approves or discards it.

It is yours

The portal lives on your company’s own accounts: Supabase for the data, Vercel for the site and your own web address. It is the same setup we run at Satoro. These services start on free plans or a few dollars a month, so the infrastructure does not eat the budget.

How it is installed

First your team does the Corporate Private Camp, where each person installs and personalizes their own Satori. Then come four consulting sessions to decide what gets measured, where each piece of data comes from and who sees what.

The Cockpit costs COP 5,000,000 + VAT, with those four sessions included.
