Before you pay, this is what protects you
If you cannot meet the requirements for reasons beyond your control, we refund 100%. If the clinic finds that your computer or your network does not allow the installation, or if even with the clinic you cannot install Claude Desktop or activate your Claude plan for reasons that do not depend on you, we refund everything.
If your Satori does not end up installed and working, we refund 100%. No questions asked. It is the one part that depends on us, so it is the part we guarantee.
You can cancel within 5 business days after you accept and pay, and only until you receive access to the Satori kit, without giving a reason. An email to aurelio@satoro.ai is enough.
Once your Satori is installed and working, there is no refund. That is the moment you receive what you bought. If you later decide not to attend the live sessions, all of them are recorded and available to you for 12 months.
Check this before you pay: to install your Satori you need to be able to install programs on the computer you will use.
Many company computers are locked by the IT department.
If you will use a company computer, confirm with your IT department before buying —
we made a technical sheet to forward to them (in Spanish).
And there is a monthly cost that is not ours: Satori runs on Claude Code, by Anthropic,
so to operate it you need an active Claude subscription — Pro plan, US$20 per month (US$17 if you pay the year upfront),
which is the one you will use in the Camp. The Max plan, from US$100 per month, only makes sense if you will use it many hours a day.
The free plan does not include Claude Code. You pay that subscription to Anthropic, not to Satoro.
